One thing worth knowing up front, learned on a live store: SKUs are often named differently on Shopify and on Amazon, so anything matched on SKU breaks silently. We match on EAN, which is consistent everywhere.
How it works
We look at the store and the systems around it first, then agree the scope, the price and the order of work. Theme changes go through a duplicate theme and get your approval before they reach the live one.
