One lesson that shapes how we work: on managed platforms, parts of your app can exist only in the deployed environment and not in the code repository. We always check what is actually deployed, not just what the code says, before planning a move.

How it works

We audit both sides and write the plan first. You approve it, including the rollback points. Then the move runs in stages, with each stage verified before the next.

Questions

Will my app be down?

Usually not, or only briefly. The plan states the expected downtime before you approve it.

What if the migration goes wrong halfway?

That is what the rollback points are for. Every stage can be reversed until the final cutover.
