A local service site built to turn visits into calls

The problem

Cuzinz Property Maintenance is a family-run, licensed and insured company serving the Northtowns of Western New York. They needed a site that gets local homeowners to call or ask for a free estimate, with nothing in the way.

What we did

A four-page, mobile-first site built on Lovable: Home, About, Services and Contact. The design uses the company’s navy and green with the owners’ logo throughout, and the About page tells the real story of the cousins behind the business, with their own photos.

Four service sections cover lawn and yard care, cleanup and maintenance, exterior cleaning and snow removal, each with real work photos. A click-to-call button stays on screen on every page. The estimate form routes each request by service type, and an embedded map shows the service area. Trust signals sit throughout: licensed and insured, family-run, a 10% veteran discount and the payment methods they accept.

The result

A site where every page leads to one of two actions: call now, or request a free estimate.
