The problem

Hot Mic Radio is a US radio station with an app on iOS and Android. Users were running into sign-in failures, and nobody had a clear list of what was actually broken.

What we did

We started with an audit and a written report: every issue, its root cause and a plan with timelines. That document is what the owner’s review talks about.

The sign-in bug is a good example of what the audit found. When the app came back to the foreground, several parts of it refreshed the login session at the same moment. Supabase reads that as a stolen token and revokes the whole session. A lock that allows only one refresh at a time fixes it.

The app loads its web layer live inside the native shell, so fixes like that reach existing App Store users without waiting for a new store release. The audit also mapped the payment and membership flows that needed rewiring, and native settings that did not match the store listings.

The result

An evidenced plan the owner trusts, and a build sprint now working through it milestone by milestone.
