## How an engagement runs

- **Review and agree** — we review the application from the outside, pinpoint the technical bottlenecks, and send a fixed-price scope with named dates.
- **Fix, build or integrate** — we repair the codebase, configure database RLS and authentication, test webhooks, and stabilize live third-party APIs.

Scoping comes first: every project starts with a diagnosis of what is actually there, and you get written findings before you are asked to pay for fixes. Each proposal then carries a fixed price with named milestones and named dates, which you approve before any work starts.


### Can you fix an app someone else built?

Yes. That starts with a diagnosis, so you know what you have before paying for new features, and the first diagnosis runs from the outside on the live app without access to your code. If the app is not worth saving, we say so plainly and you keep the report either way.


### Which languages do you work in?

English, French and German. The site is available in all three, and updates land in your language and your time zone.
